"True illusions" from my band Devas

 

As a songwriter I am interested in writing many different styles. Pop, Rock, Jazz, Country, and Musical are some genres I explore. Writing for film and theater has opened my interest to a diversity of musical realms, enriching me with an abundance of possibilities.

The story behind a title is the center of attention, directing and shaping my writing. Through the years I have learned to let the song write itself and I have become an observer. Maybe it works like in quantum physics, where the observation of an event itself influences its outcome. I don't know. But it's a good story. And as long as there are stories left to tell, there will be songs left to write.
